Ever tried boosting and spicing up the regular pancit bihon with a medicinal superfood like curry? Here's a simple pancit recipe that will enhance your body's natural immunity and it's just so fragrant and delicious!

Ingredients:
125g (1/8 kg) of pancit bihon (soaked in hot water until soft and tender) - drained
1/2 medium sized carrot - cut into strips
1/2 regular sized chayote (sayote) - cut into strips
bagio beans - cut into diagonal slices
1 garlic - minced
1 onion - cut into slices
salt and pepper
curry mixture:
1 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp soy sauce
Procedure:
1. Sautee onion and garlic.
2. Add the carrot, chayote and cabbage and let it cook until the vegetables are cooked.
3. Add salt and pepper.
4. Pour the curry mixture and let it boil for a minute before mixing.
5. Add the drained pancit bihon.
6. Mix well and serve!
